What are the shipping charges on
We offers free shipping within Delhi/NCR on all products irrespective of the order size.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
We attempt to process every order and ship it within 48 hours. Your order will get delivered within 3-6 business days depending on your location. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.

What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with or I receive an incorrect article?
Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered with in any way. Just show the delivery boy what you mean and call us to lodge a complaint. We will resend the shipment to you. In case you receive an incorrect article, contact our customer care and we will arrange return pick up and deliver the correct item at no extra cost.

o   Cash on Delivery

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on
You can be assured that offers you the highest standards of security currently available on internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through us - we do not retain your banking information.

What if I make a purchase using my debit/credit card, and the amount gets charged to my card but the order is not successfully placed?
This is not likely to happen, but just in case it happens, please contact customer service and we will refund your money within 5 working days.

What is the process for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. Our Customer Care Expert will call to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact Customer Care to confirm the purchase within 24 hours of making the purchase. Failing to confirm the purchase will lead to cancellation.

Is there a purchase limit for a COD purchase?
Yes, COD option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 1000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Net banking or Credit/Debit card.

How do I pay the courier person for COD purchase?
Please pay the courier person in cash only. We do not accept cheque or DD.

Can I cancel my COD order when it reaches me?
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please accept the shipment when you get it as the courier person will not take the product back. In case you wish to return the product, follow the process outlined in the return policy. Please note that failure to accept the shipment will lead to cancellation of COD facility on your account for all future orders.



How do I check the status of my order?
Login to your account, click on My Orders to get all details.

How can I track my product shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider. In order to track the order:

o   Go to shipment tracking under "My orders".
o   Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section and check the status.

How do I redeem a coupon?
Once you have shortlisted the product you wish to buy, select the size & colour, click Add to Bag and view your cart. Here you can enter your discount/coupon code, click on apply code, and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from once your order is successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.



What is our return policy?
We love our products and are sure that you will love them too. However, if you are unhappy with any product and wish to return it, we'll be happy to take it back with no strings attached.

o   For all products, we accept returns made within 10 days from the date of purchase.
o   The products should be unused and in the same condition you received them; in their original packaging with all tags.
o   For Beauty Products, Fragrances, Watches and Sale products, returns will be accepted only in case of quality defects

How do I return products to
To initiate return, just follow these simple steps:
o   Call our customer care or email us with the order details and request return pickup.
o   Pack the merchandize in the same box with all tags, stickers and original invoice.
o   You will receive a call back from us within 48 hours of your request with return details.
o   Once we receive the shipment, products will be checked for quality at our warehouse and refund/exchange will be accepted only if the products are in proper condition.
o   Once the refund has been approved, we will refund the money or exchange the product as requested.

What is our exchange policy?
Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem, we will replace it for you. Follow the process outlined in the return policy and place a new order on

What is our refund policy?
From the date of return pick up we will take 10 days to process your refund via online transfer to your account or cheque.

Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order on, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us or call us with the order details. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
